day 2 - your thoughts on death

It is what it is. It’s a part of life and it’s nothing to be afraid of. Now when it’s not you and you have to experience the loss I would say that is a completely different story. It’s can be so hard to deal with and often you resort to denial but again it’s a part of life and just another thing to get through and to make you stronger.
